CMRETAC County Funds

CMRETAC is required to report to the State how the EMTS funds are spent at the county level each year. Please fill out the information below between January 1, 2024, and May 17, 2024, and upload 100% proof of spending, including receipts/paid invoices or backup materials, on this page. Requests will not be processed until the backup is provided. You may also send back-up to mikaela.greene@cmretac.org. Requests will be processed and upon approval, checks will be mailed out at the close of the fiscal year (June 2024). Please note that for this fiscal year (July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024) each county is eligible to receive up to $4000 in General Funds and $2750 in Prevention Funds.

Please upload all Back-Up for the requested reimbursement below. If the backup is not provided, county funds will not be reimbursed.
