Please utilize the below form for CMRETAC County Funds Reimbursement. County Funds reimbursement must be submitted between January 1, 2026, and May 16, 2026.
CMRETAC is required to report to the State how the EMTS funds are spent at the county level each year. Please fill out the information below between January 1, 2026, and May 16, 2026, and upload 100% proof of spending, including receipts/paid invoices or backup materials, on this page. Requests will not be processed until the paid receipt is provided. You may also send back-up to sarah.weatherred@cmretac.org. Requests will be processed, and upon approval, checks will be mailed out at the close of the fiscal year (June 2026). For this fiscal year (July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026) each county is eligible to receive up to $4000 in General Funds and $2750 in Prevention Funds.
