Please utilize the below form for CMRETAC County Funds Reimbursement. County Funds reimbursement must be submitted between January 1, 2026, and May 16, 2026.
CMRETAC is required to report to the State how the EMTS funds are spent at the county level each year. Please fill out the information below between January 1, 2027, and March 1, 2027 to receive approval. To receive reimbursement, receipts/paid invoices must be provided. Requests will not be processed until the paid receipt is provided. You may also send backup to sarah.weatherred@cmretac.org. Requests will be processed, and upon approval, checks will be mailed out at the close of the fiscal year (June 2026). For this fiscal year (July 1, 2027-June 30, 2027) each county is eligible to receive up to $1500 in General Funds and $1250 in Prevention Funds.
